In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for both print and digital formats, maintaining brand consistency across all channels, and leveraging AI tools to produce high-quality visual content.ResponsibilitiesDesign engaging materials for digital and print, including banners, social media graphics, event materials, and marketing campaigns.Use AI-powered design tools to create and enhance high-quality visuals.Maintain and update brand assets to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.Work in agile, iterative steps — from initial approval to refinement and finalization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring designs meet strategic goals and deadlines.Create videos or animations using AI tools.RequirementsSelf-sufficient, able to work independently without constant supervision.Understands the design process and works in agile, iterative steps (approve → refine → finalize).Skilled in using AI tools to create high-quality visuals and maintain brand assets.Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.Strong English skills (work in English only).Capable of producing designs for both print and digital (banners, social media, marketing materials).Able to create images using AI tools.Experience creating videos or animations using AI tools.Can work hard, stay ahead of deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.Motivated to contribute to building a leading industry brand.Must provide a portfolio and complete a test task as part of the hiring process.What do we offer?An open-minded environment that values you.An international multicultural team.An amazing office environment (table tennis, play station, all the fun stuff).Food vouchers (180 BGN).Additional health insurance.Sports card.21 days paid leave.Flexible working hours.Manicure, massage, breakfast, and snacks in the office.Wedding and new baby bonus.Team building activities.If you are interested in joining our diverse and dynamic team, we are looking forward to your application.
