Key Organizational RelationshipsReport to : Value Chain Development Project ManagerIII. Summary Of ResponsibilitiesThe Content Creator is responsible for developing multi-platform content across digital channels, including written, visual, and video formats. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing communication principles, audience insights, and platform-specific content strategies (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Zalo, Facebook, etc.). The position combines content ideation, scripting, and hands-on production to ensure materials effectively engage target audiences and support business and communication objectives. In addition, the position supports client-related communication activities when requested, including participating in client meetings, facilitating direct communication on content matters, and supporting follow-up to ensure alignment on deliverables.VI. Duties And ResponsibilitiesContent strategyIdentify and analyze target audiences (e.g., farmers, partners, customers, and relevant stakeholders) to define appropriate communication approachesDevelop content concepts aligned with project objectives, field activities, and overall business prioritiesPlan and develop content for the company website, key digital channels, and project-related communication materialsAdjust content format and messaging to suit the characteristics and user behavior of each platformContribute to monthly content planning and campaign discussionsMulti-platform content productionDevelop written content, short form copy, and scripts for digital platformsProduce articles, project updates, short-form videos, and related content materialsApply platform-specific best practices where relevantSupport filming, basic editing, or coordination of video production when requiredSupport for brochures, landing pages, and other related marketing materialsBrand & marketing communicationEnsure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging guidelines, and positioningApply marketing communication principles in content developmentTranslate technical and project-related information into clear and accessible content for target audiencesEnsure consistency across websites, social media, video, and printed communication materialsCollaborationWork closely with Marketing and communication team to meet content timelines and objectivesCollaborate with project consultants, agronomists, and other stakeholders to gather accurate information Coordinate directly with clients and external partners when required to ensure content accuracy and alignment with project objectivesCoordinate with the Designer and video team to ensure alignment between content and visualsParticipate in field visits when required to collect materials and develop project content.V. Required Skills And QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)ExperienceRelevant professional experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital content creationProven ability to create content for multiple platforms (e.g., website, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, etc.)Experience in scripting and supporting the production of video contentA portfolio or content samples are required.Professional skillsStrong writing and editing skills in Vietnamese; working proficiency in EnglishFamiliarity with digital content formats and social media platformsUnderstanding of marketing communication principles and audience targetingAbility to adapt content to different platform requirements and formatsBasic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent tools)Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesAbility to collaborate effectively with designers/ video production teamPersonal attributesDetail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy and clarityAdaptable in adjusting tone and style for different audiences and communication contextsCollaborative and proactive in working with cross-functional teamsWillingness to travel to rural and urban project locations when requiredPreferred AualificationsExperience in development projects, CSR, NGO communication, or related contexts is an advantageBasic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) are an advantageExperience in marketing or brand communication is a plusInterest in sustainability, agriculture, or consumer-focused communication is preferred.If this sounds good to you then send us your motivation letter, CV detailing your qualifications and previous experience.
