Job SummaryPrintbelle is looking for a talented Multimedia Designer with strong capabilities in graphic design, video editing, and UI/visual design to support our fast-growing Print-on-Demand (POD) business. This role focuses on creating high-quality product visuals, marketing assets, short-form videos, and visual interfaces for our e-commerce platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic & POD DesignDesign POD-related graphics including apparel, accessories, product mockups, and marketing visualsEnsure designs align with brand guidelines, market trends, and POD production requirementsOptimize designs based on campaign performance and market feedbackVideo & Motion ContentCreate and edit short-form videos for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube ShortsEdit promotional videos, product showcase videos, and simple motion graphicsApply basic motion effects, text animations, and visual storytelling techniquesUI / Visual Interface DesignLead visual design for websites and e-commerce platforms across Web, Mobile, and AppDesign both front-end and back-end interfaces, including layout, typography, color systems, and iconsDefine overall visual style and ensure consistency across platformsCreate and maintain UI style guides for full websites or platformsProduct Strategy & CollaborationDesign interface structures, interaction flows, and operational processes to improve user experienceWork closely with Product Managers, Developers, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure accurate execution of designsSupport marketing campaigns with strong visual assets and creative conceptsCreative Execution & ManagementManage multiple design tasks simultaneously and meet deadlinesContinuously improve design quality through feedback, testing, and iterationStay updated on design trends, social media content formats, and platform guidelinesJob RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or UI designExperience in Internet, Tech, E-commerce, POD, Apparel, or Merchandise is a strong plusExperience with cross-border e-commerce or foreign trade design is an advantageExceptional critical thinking skills with a deep understanding of how technical constraints shape product design.
