Our goal is to strive for excellence, both individually and collectively, which means for us solving problems by breaking the rules, learning quickly and independently, and delivering the best performance possible.About the role :We are looking for a great team player and fast learner that is willing to :Deliver creative visual assets, including video, static and motion design that bring our brand to lifeCreate successful ads on mobile format (Instagram & Facebook, Google Adwords...).Take ownership of projects, from concept through to completionCollaborate with the Product, Growth, and marketing teams to provide creative ideas, recommend new visual concepts, and produce engaging graphicsBe proactive enough to always be on top of all the branding activities being executedYour Qualifications : 2-4 years of proven experience in designing marketing assets in an Agency and/or a startupProficiency in animation and video editing software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, PhotoshopImpeccable taste, a compulsive eye for detail and a passion for creating new and creative branding units and marketing collateralsAbility to quickly deliver strong designs during rapid, iterative processes and multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong ability to work individually as well as part of a teamGood written and oral communication skills
