Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer IV to join our clientContract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convertPay Rate: Starting From $34 per hourLocation:  Toronto, ONLocation Type: Hybrid: 2 days on site Business Hours: Monday to Friday – Core business hoursJob Responsibilities:The primary responsibility of this role is to provide creative support for client events, programs and industry conferencesCollaborate with internal business and marketing partners to develop a variety of best-in-class branded print and digital creative including signage, registration websites, email communications, invitations, brochures, and presentations ensuring collateral adheres to brand guidelinesInterpreting creative briefs to develop creative that elevates the client experience for hosted events and conferencesTo thrive in this role, you should possess a strong balance of creative, technical, project management, and relationship management skillsLiaise with external vendors, including printers on a regular basis, to complete project requestsManage and prioritize multiple projects ensuring deadlines are metCollaborating with colleagues and business partnersContribute as a supportive member of the Creative Services team and look for opportunities to share knowledge and expertiseExperience & Qualification Requirements:Experience working with Adobe and MS OfficeExperience supporting events, marketing, conferences (providing creative support)Experience using various event planning platformsWorking knowledge of HTML (huge asset)Prior corporate experience - banking, insurance, financial institutionStrong stakeholders’ management (executives, senior management)Strong time management skillsStrong organization skills, pay attention to details and can follow guidelines ****ALL CANDIDATES MUST COMPLETE A CRIMINAL AND CREDIT CHECK AS PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS*******We use AI technology as part of our application review process to assist with screening and assessment.
