The company is poised for another successful year across both sectors.Job Description:We are looking for a talented and driven Graphic Designer to join our client's team, working primarily with the Preconstruction Manager and Bid Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating top-notch collateral for pitches and proposals.This position is instrumental in supporting our client's pitch and tender teams and collaborating closely with the Digital and Content Manager to ensure our client's branding and collateral consistently captivate and maintain the highest standards. The role is a novel addition to our client and involves spearheading the creation of an inspirational graphic design strategy in line with the company's growth objectives and market positioning. Fresh ideas, new software tools, alternative approaches, and a strong passion for creativity are highly encouraged in this role.Key Responsibilities:Leading the creative direction and strategy for our client's bid, PQQ, tender, and pitch processesCreating high-quality collateral using Adobe SuiteEnsuring all documentation and digital content is innovative, on-brand, and sets a market-leading standardInterpreting project briefs to ensure that all pitch and tender documents adequately address client requirements and objectivesProactively establishing deadlines and coordinating input from both internal and external teamsContinually evolving and enhancing the creative direction of our client's collateralConducting meticulous proofreading to ensure quality and accuracy prior to submissionCollaborating closely with the Digital and Content Manager to play a proactive role in improving the quality of online graphics, particularly on social media, following the recent website overhaulEnsuring that the Bid Manager and Digital and Content Manager regularly update case studies, team bios, and other standard contentCultivating strong relationships with external print providers to guarantee consistently high-quality printing, imaging, and presentation materialsWorking closely with the business development team to create exceptional materials supporting their initiativesTaking ownership of our client's visual identityExploring opportunities for enhancements, such as SketchUp models, video/animation, XD, interactive PDFs, and moreCollaborating with the broader design team on continuing professional development (CPD) activitiesRequired Skills and Experience:Previous experience in a similar role within the construction, architecture, or fit-out sector is advantageousProven track record of delivering high-quality documentation and page layouts under tight deadlinesStrong passion for applying creative skills to secure new businessA team player who takes ownership and actively seeks continuous improvementProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and IllustratorExceptional written English and an adept eye for proofreadingA strong desire to stay updated on competitor activities and uphold our client's graphic identityA confident, knowledgeable, and articulate personality with effective collaboration skillsKnowledge of Ceros and Adobe suite including XD will be an advantageIf you are a skilled Graphic Designer looking to make an impact in a dynamic and innovative environment, we encourage you to apply.
