About JerfJerf is a premium athleisure brand built on the balance of active living and effortless elegance. Every visual touchpoint—from web banners to campaign assets—must reflect our quiet, minimal and modern aesthetic. We are seeking a Graphic & Visual Design Specialist to elevate and maintain this visual language across all channels.About The RoleCore Responsibilities• Create and maintain all website visual assets (banners, product highlight images, collection headers).• Adapt and revise digital advertising creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok and display channels.• Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to produce performance-oriented ad visuals.• Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, motion snippets on a weekly basis.• Collaborate with the 3D Design & Creative Tech teams for concept creation and AI-generated visual explorations.• Develop and maintain key visuals for seasonal campaigns, product drops and brand launches.• Ensure the brand’s visual identity and Jerf’s athleisure + effortless elegance aesthetic is consistently reflected across all assets.• Produce clean, modern, minimal layouts aligned with the brand’s color palette and visual guidelines.• Prepare visual guidelines, templates and scalable systems to support the content workflow.Required Skills & Qualifications• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (preferably fashion, lifestyle or e-commerce brands).• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (motion is a plus).• Experience preparing visual assets for web, social and paid media.• Understanding of performance marketing basics (CTR-focused design, format adaptation, visual hierarchy).• Ability to work with 3D outputs, AI visuals and moodboards.• Strong sense of minimal composition, color harmony and clean typography.• Fast and organized execution; ability to manage multiple deadlines.• Portfolio demonstrating modern, refined, brand-aligned visual work.• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or basic video editing.Nice to Have• Experience in activewear, fashion or premium lifestyle brands.• Interest in AI-assisted creative workflows.
