Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping visual brand identity, delivering high-quality creative assets, and supporting major events, fan engagement, digital campaigns and commercial initiatives.For the right candidate, there is flexibility for this to be hired as a Lead Graphic Designer, taking ownership of brand guidelines, visual direction and higher-level creative leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer ready to step up, drive innovation and see their work showcased on a national stage.DUTIESManage, maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple propertiesDeliver a broad range of high-quality design work across digital, social, print and event environmentsSupport major event marketing, consumer business units and fan experience initiativesDevelop finished artwork for print, production, outdoor media and merchandiseGenerate new creative concepts, bringing innovation and fresh thinking to every briefWork with multiple internal teams to interpret creative briefs and develop concepts aligned to stakeholder needsWork with photography, CAD tools and various media formats to create compelling visual contentProof and quality-check materials to ensure accuracy and consistencySkills & Experience3+ years graphic design experience, ideally across both digital and printAdvanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Experience preparing finished artwork, desktop publishing and digital/web-based designStrong capability with Microsoft Office, including building templates (Word + PowerPoint)Ability to interpret creative briefs and work within established brand guidelinesExperience managing direct client/stakeholder contactHighly organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlinesStrong conceptual abilities and a creative problem-solving mindsetOUR RECRUITMENT PROCESSAt Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
