We specifically blend marketing with a consulting service model that enables clients to identify and overcome the biggest growth challenges.Role:The Graphic Designer is a key creative role within the Design Department, responsible for creating compelling visual content that captures and communicates ideas effectively across various platforms. This role involves producing impactful designs, maintaining brand consistency, and contributing to the overall creative process. Specifically, this entails:Developing visual concepts using software or by hand to inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.Designing layouts and production-ready artwork for applications such as social media platforms.Supporting the Art Director and Senior Designer with marketing assets, branding, and production tasks.This role demands a mastery level of creativity, attention to detail, collaboration, adaptability, and time management. You'll also work in a fast-paced environment with amazing people, where you’ll have the opportunity to make an immense impact.Responsibilities:External:Create visual content for social media platforms and other digital applications.Ensure all designs align with campaign, creative, and regulatory requirements.Develop new designs and update existing ones while maintaining brand consistency.Internal:Support the Art Director and Senior Designer with design and production tasks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including writers, account managers, and social strategists.Organize and maintain design assets, materials, and libraries for seamless production.Share knowledge and contribute to team training and upskilling initiatives.Actively participate in the creative process by brainstorming and drafting design concepts.Results:Produce an average of 80 high-quality artworks per month, meeting production efficiency goals.Maintain optimal deliverable hygiene by ensuring minimal feedback is required for completed tasks.Consistently meet deadlines, delivering high-quality work on time.Requirements:Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing branding, motion graphics, and social media assets.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Strong understanding of design processes and best practices.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with dominant social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.Location:Hybrid Bangkok, ThailandBenefits:Primal believes people are at the center of every success story.
