Founded in 2017 and headquartered in London, the company has expanded its operations to the United States and recently, to Albania.Job Position: Graphic DesignerDepartment: Brand/Marketing DepartmentEmployment Type: On SiteLocation: Head Office in TiranaJob Purpose:Sada Platts Group is currently looking for a full time Graphic Designer to join our Brand/Marketing Department. This role will work to develop and establish the visual heartbeat of a diverse set of international brands. Working with a cross functional team of designers, tech specialists, and strategists, this role will be responsible for ensuring that the visual presentations of all B2C, B2B, and internal touchpoints serve business objectives. Main Responsibilities:Develop visual assets for brand development, digital interfaces, pitch decks, and omnichannel marketing campaigns.Collaborate with creative managers, UX designers, and in-house tech teams to ensure brand consistency throughout all interfaces.Brainstorm, develop, and pitch design concepts to senior leadership.Collaborate with the design and marketing team to plan and create content for omnichannel marketing campaigns.Monitor industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to ensure content and marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.Complete special projects as assigned.Qualifications:Fluency in English (C1/C2 level).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Working knowledge of best design practices.A strong portfolio of sample work that demonstrates a thorough understanding of graphic design principles.Airtight understanding of typography, composition, and color theory in both digital and physical platforms. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Excellent communication and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once. Strong presentation skills.3+ years of Graphic Design Experience.Would be advantageous:Experience with Figma.Experience working with a cross functional team.Experience with 3-D rendering preferred.Proficiency in animations and video editing is a plus.Application Procedure: Please apply for this position here or submit your CV to the e-mail address of recruitment@sadaplattsgroup.com *All selected candidates from the CV screening will be contacted by the HR Team.*All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality according to the law No. 9887 set by Albanian Parliament for the 'Protection of Personal Data".
