Senior UX/UI Designer

Founded in 2017 and headquartered in London, the company has expanded its operations to the United States and recently, to Albania.Position: Senior UX/UI DesignerDepartment: Branding DepartmentLocation: Head Office in TiranaJob Purpose: Sada Platts Group is currently hiring a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Brand & Launch team in Tirana. This role will play a central part in designing responsive, user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. The designer will collaborate closely with a fullstack development team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, lead user research efforts, and use data-driven methodologies to inform design decisions. Additional responsibilities include creating wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, planning and leading design sprints, developing scalable design systems, and optimizing information architecture to improve usability and product adoption.Main Responsibilities:Design responsive user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms;Ensure user-friendly functionality by implementing customer experience strategies for web platforms and mobile applications;Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs receive pixel perfect implementation;Use data driven design methodologies to inform creative process; Analyse user feedback to optimize experiences, and proactively resolve user pain points with in-house developers;Be a central voice for user experience on a cross functional team;Utilize Figma and other design tools to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes;Stay up to date on industry standards, best practices and design trends  Establish and enforce UXI/UI best practices;Lead the creation and implementation of design systems for new and established brands;Oversee information architecture, organising content to enhance usability;Strategize ways to streamline product adoption, and optimise market entry; Identify and address design, usability, and accessibility issues during the product development lifecycle.Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer with 1+ years of experience leading UX design;3+ years experience working with a fullstack development team;Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, etc;Working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS;Hands on experience conducting user research;Air-tight understanding of best design practices, as well as visual design and responsive design principles;Detail oriented and collaborative mindset;A strong portfolio of relevant work.Would be advantageous:Working knowledge of WCAG.Experience with project management and sprint planning. Experience working with early stage startups.Application Procedure: Please apply for this position here or submit your CV to the e-mail address of recruitment@sadaplattsgroup.com *All selected candidates from the CV screening will be contacted by the HR Team.*All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality according to the law No. 9887 set by Albanian Parliament for the 'Protection of Personal Data".
