Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager

Location: Dubai, UAEDepartment: MarketingEmployment Type: Full-time Onsite RoleLapis Properties is expanding its marketing team, and we’re looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to help elevate and maintain the visual identity and digital presence of our brand.If you’re someone who blends artistic thinking with strategic execution and you thrive in a fast-paced UAE Real Estate environment we’d love to meet you.What You Will DoGraphic Design:Create compelling visuals for social media, campaigns, presentations, brochures, digital ads, and print advertising.Design brand-aligned assets that reflect luxury, elegance, and consistency.Work closely with the marketing team to develop new concepts, layouts, and creative directions.Stay updated on design trends, especially within real estate and luxury brands.Social Media Management:Manage Lapis Properties' social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).Plan, schedule, and publish content that aligns with our marketing strategy.Develop engaging captions, and content ideas that reflect our brand identity.Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize content for growth.Engage with the community comments, DMs, and audience interactions.Collaboration & Execution:Support marketing campaigns, launches, events, and sales initiatives.Maintain brand guidelines across all creative output.Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and the wider marketing team when needed.What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in graphic design, social media management, or a similar creative role.Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and luxury aesthetics.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience with social media scheduling and basic analytics tools.Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.A portfolio that showcases your best design and content work (required).Why Join UsAt Lapis Properties, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking real estate developer shaping meaningful, design-driven communities.
