Job Summary:The Graphic Designer will support the creation and execution of visual content across digital and print platforms to enhance TestCrew’s brand and communication efforts. The role includes designing marketing materials, social media visuals, presentations, and internal assets while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.Key Responsibilities:Create and design engaging visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and internal communications.Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.Ensure all designs align with TestCrew’s brand guidelines and visual identity.Assist in developing new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.Prepare final artwork files for production and publishing.Maintain a library of design assets and templates.Support in improving design processes and recommending creative enhancements.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Recent graduate (0–2 years of experience).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma is a plus.Strong visual portfolio showcasing design capabilities.Proficiency in both spoken and written English.The applicant must be a Saudi national and meet the eligibility requirements for the Tamheer program.No previous work experience registered in the Social Insurance (GOSI) system.Commitment to the full Tamheer training period (6 months).Required Skills:Strong creativity and attention to detail.Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.High level of organization and commitment to quality.
