About the jobThis is a contract-based hybrid role for a talented Graphic Designer with mid-weight experience to work within an integrated marketing department. This fast-paced role is responsible for producing creative, high quality digital and printed marketing collateral showcasing the full Viking product range whilst upholding brand guidelines and ensuring quality control. This role is a fixed-term contract to cover parental leave from Monday, 5 January 2026 to Wednesday, 3 Jun 2026, and reports into the Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing.Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Design, from concept to execution production of sales campaign collateral inclusive of overarching creative thematic, style guides and collateral for various marketing channelsProduction of bespoke print collateral (including brochures, advertising, flyers, catalogues, magazines, signage, stationery), ensuring quality control, correct specifications and working with marketing managers to develop and make sure deadlines are metCreation of dynamic digital collateral such as interactive e-books, animated GIFs and static web banners, infographics, Facebook tiles and eDM bannersWorking with online collateral submission systems for upload of advertisements and brochures to 3rd party media/printersCoordinate and manage external freelance designers and design vendors by delivering clear, timely briefs and ensuring all necessary assets and information are provided to support successful project completionLiaising with global offices on the sharing of creative assets including cataloguing collateral from other markets, acquiring resources, debriefing of new contentSourcing on-brand images and videos from global asset libraries and company managed AEM database and working with head office on global rightsEnsuring organisation of all files on server including images and video for authorised usage across all marketing channels Collaborating with marketing team on the creation of all assetsPresent and communicate campaign concepts to the broader marketing team, ensuring all templates are clearly designed, easy to understand, and user-friendly for internal teams.
