Role PurposeCreate clean, brand-consistent visuals and engaging short-form animations for ads, social media, and web—working closely with content, motion, and performance teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce campaign assets, social carousels, banners, web visuals, and short videos/reels; deliver tidy source files (Figma/PSD/AI/After Effects/Premiere).Animate logos, elements, and light sound design; ensure export-ready deliverables in various aspect ratios with captions and safe areas.Maintain brand systems, typography, color usage, and reusable template libraries; organize project files for reuse.Collaborate on creative briefs, QA across devices, and align with creative, performance, and account teams on goals and timelines.KPIsOn-time delivery and brand consistencyLow revision/re-edit cycle countEngagement/watch-through targets for motion contentOrganized and reusable asset libraryRequirements3+ years of professional design experience (graphic and/or motion)Strong Figma, Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)Portfolio demonstrating both campaign/product-oriented visuals and short-form motion workUnderstanding of layout, hierarchy, accessibility, and brand systemsNice-to-HaveExperience with Blender/C4D or equivalentKnowledge of social ad platform specs, color/sound correction, and print specsBasic motion literacy (keyframes, transitions)Workload & ScheduleFull-time, 200 hours/month; core 11:00–19:00 TMTCompensation & ContractCompetitive; remote contractor; performance-based bonus eligibleHow to ApplyTo apply, please complete the application form:https://dxdglobal.com/career/
