Production ArtistLocation: Dallas, TX 75244 (Onsite, 5 days/week)Duration: 1-month contract (40 hours/week) — likely to extendWe’re looking for a Production Artist with 1–3 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis for an initial 1-month engagement, with strong potential for extension. This is a contract role, fully onsite in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate is fast, flexible, and thrives in a high-volume, ever-shifting production environment.Key Responsibilities:Design product proofs and print files — managing 20–30 production jobs daily.Make quick-turn spec changes for product orders.Support marketing and sales teams with print and digital collateral.Adapt to shifting priorities throughout the day with a proactive, go-with-the-flow mindset.Top 3 Must-Haves:Photoshop and InDesign proficiency — hands-on experience required.Strong attention to detail — especially in proofing and file accuracy.Energetic, go-getter personality — a sports background or interest is a bonus!Preferred Experience:Experience in high-volume production environments.Familiarity with marketing and sales collateral workflows.Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.Skills & Tools:Strong design fundamentals and production efficiency.Comfortable working on a Mac — laptop and logins provided.Experience with both print and digital formats.Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.If you're a detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys bringing creative ideas to life, we’d love to hear from you!
