Eat’N’Go is dedicated to bringing the best global food brands and concepts to key markets in Africa.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Motion and Static Creative Designer, located in Lagos State, Nigeria. We are looking for a talented and versatile Creative Designer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling static and motion assets that support marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and digital communications. This role requires expertise in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong focus on After Effects, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro and Illustrator, and an ability to work across both 2D and 3D environments. Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Maya will be considered a strong asset. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong design fundamentals, an eye for detail, and the technical ability to produce high-quality work across multiple platforms.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a design role focused on both motion and static graphics.Experience as a graphic designer or in related field or working with corporate brand guidelines across multiple platforms.Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects (motion graphics) or 3D design software (Cinema 4D or Maya).Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (static design) or or other video editing softwareStrong portfolio showcasing both motion and static design work.Solid understanding of visual design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and composition.Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver to deadlines.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.Key Responsibilities: Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media content, video projects, and presentations.Develop engaging static designs, including banners, posters, digital ads, social media assets, and print collateral, aligned with brand guidelines.Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas that support campaign objectives. Deliver work that is visually appealing, brand-consistent, and optimized for multiple channels (print, digital, and video).Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for visual storytelling.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.Apply feedback from stakeholders constructively to refine and improve design output.Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in design, motion graphics, and digital media. (Optional, depending on team needs) Provide support in video editing by integrating animations, overlays, and visual effects.
