About the JobThis role supports the execution of Digital Marketing initiatives to build brand visibility, engage audiences online, and contribute to Great Eastern Life’s mission through clear, consistent, and purposeful communicationAssist in developing and scheduling content across Social Media platforms (Media Calendar). Support the execution of digital campaigns, including briefing creative agencies, coordinating internal approvals, and tracking timelines. Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy consistency, and user-friendliness. Help monitor and compile performance metrics from campaigns and platforms (SEOs, Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
)Lead and see through the Great projects assigned to ensure a successful roll out and meet project objectives and overall company’s goal. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets. Maintain proper documentation of digital content creative files, approvals, and campaign reports for compliance and audit purposes. Assist in raising necessary administrative paperwork to support digital marketing activities. Support the team in rolling out internal branding and digital communications when needed. We are looking for people whoHave a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media or a related field.
Have prior work experience in digital marketing, or brand communications in the insurance industry or financial services. However, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Possess strong communications skills with good command of English (both written and spoken). Are organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and minimal supervision. Show initiative, willingness to learn and a genuine interest in branding and digital marketing. Work well in a collaborative team and are open to feedback and continuous improvement.
