ProductionLead on the execution of the daily production plan & monitor the true efficiency & net efficiencyMonitor the water usage, Energy & waste of the PL and ensure meeting set KPIs for bothCommunicate machine downtime on spotFill in the daily M&W production report Request & receive the production raw & pack material on SAP and deliver finished good to the warehouseFollow up the production line cleanliness before/after & during production shift Autonomous MaintenanceExecute production line autonomous maintenance (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening)Own work order process from Autonomous maintenance on SAP PMown the production line lubrication map & follow up on the inspection/ Tightening list per machinePreventive MaintenanceSupervise the line Preventive Maintenance Tech with setting & executing the monthly PM plan/line execute actions for corrective & preventive maintenance tasks via PM techs & OMEnsure the production line preventive maintenance compliance via own PM techs Trouble shootingLead on the production line minor mechanical stoppages trouble shooting (0-30Min)Escalate major mechanical stoppages to concerned mechanical engineer (30Min+)Partner with mechanical engineer in root cause analysis Escalate both minor & major electric breakdowns to electric engineerEnsure production line restart in stable condition after failurePlanned maintenance/overhaulsupervise maintenance action plan as per timelines & accountabilitiesreport daily progress to maintenance teamEnsure Implementation of CQV to enable line restart in a stable condition’ Spare partsAlert mechanical engineer with consumable spare parts minimum stockWith own team:
