Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive, and people-centric Workplace and Culture Lead to be the heartbeat of our office. As such, this role is required to be physically on-site 5 days a week. This is a unique and multifaceted role that combines reception and facilities management, executive assistance, internal events, and HR operations support. We are looking for a true Jack of All Trades with a “One Team” mindset that is willing to jump in and support our workplace and team in a multitude of ways.

You'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining a workplace and culture that’s welcoming, efficient, and aligned with our values and helps drive our business forward. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESThe following aspects of this role are indicative only and in no way limit the Company in allocating additional accountabilities (specific tasks, projects or related activities) to the employee, within the scope of the employee’s level of competence, experience, knowledge and qualification.

Facilities and Operations ManagementServe as the first point of contact for visitors and team members, creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environmentManage our daily blog and content management of our intranetOversee the day-to-day operations of the office including supplies, vendors, and maintenanceHelp maintain the order and cleanliness of our physical workspace including reception, kitchen and meeting roomsManage our weekly catered lunches for team membersCoordinate health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable legislationManage building access, seating plans, and space optimization as the team scalesExecutive Assistant (EA) SupportProvide executive-level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements as neededPrepare agendas, take minutes, and support follow-ups for leadership team meetings as requiredEvent Planning & Culture InitiativesPlan and execute engaging internal events such as team socials, recognition initiatives, offsites, Townhalls and annual Holiday party and Annual Awards galaManage staff and rewards budget under direction of Human Resources DirectorAct as a culture champion—curating programs and activities that promote a strong, inclusive, and values-aligned workplacePartner with HR team to drive engagement, belonging, and internal communications initiativesHR Operations SupportAssist with onboarding and offboarding processesSupport the talent acquisition process including resume screening and interview coordinationProvide administrative support for various HR functions as neededHelp facilitate pulse surveys, recognition programs, and learning & development logisticsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in a similar workplace operations, office management, EA, or HR support roleA genuine “One Team” mentality and approach to work- you are willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in with whatever is needed to support the team and get the job doneProven ability to manage competing priorities with grace and efficiencyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills—you genuinely enjoy working with people and fostering connections and you can infuse personality into your written communication!Meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and super organization skillsStrong user of all Microsoft Office tools and generally a tech-savvy individual who can learn new software and systems quicklyA flexible, adaptable approach—you thrive in dynamic environments and take change in strideHigh learning agility- you are excited by increased exposure and willing to learn and take on new thingsWhy Join Us?You’ll be part of a purpose-driven team building a company culture people are proud to be part ofYou’ll have autonomy to manage your time and duties and build expertise in your areaYou will be respected and valued for your contributions to our business and have lots of opportunities for meaningful exposure and skills buildingYou’ll have the opportunity to shape how people experience the workplace, every dayYou’ll work closely with passionate leaders who value collaboration, curiosity, and creativity
