Location- BucharestAs a Grocery Category Management Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following- Maximizing the company's profit through the activity of selling shop products and services, following the market strategy and the company's vision. Responsible for creating the strategy of the categories- Grocery, Forecourt, Non-food, and Services, based on the 4Ps- product, price, placement, and promotion. Sales value acceleration with increasing consumer visit frequency and basket size via offers. Coordinates and supervises the entire contracting process of non-fuel suppliers to ensure the achievement of the company's objectives.

Coordination and optimization of short and long-term category plan and goal setting for non-fuel category managers. Manage category managers to achieve Business Plan sales, margin and unit targets in relevant categories. Developing the professional skills of the category managers and providing regular feedback to improve performance and efficiency. To be successful in the role, you should have- Economic University degree. Relevant experience in Retail or FMCG commercial activity. Retail Sales knowledge.
