Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & ReportingMaintain accurate daily and monthly financial records for all entities.Prepare and interpret monthly management reports for leadership review.Reconcile bank, POS, and digital transactions accurately and promptly.Budgeting, Analysis & ForecastingDevelop, monitor, and report on budgets, cashflows, and forecasts.Provide actionable financial insights to guide pricing, spending, and investments.Compliance & AuditHandle all statutory and tax compliance (PAYE, VAT, WHT, Pension, etc.).Support internal and external audit processes with proper documentation.Ensure adherence to accounting standards and government regulations.Internal Control & AccountabilityStrengthen internal controls to prevent fraud, waste, and financial leakages.Track inflows and outflows across all branches and business lines.Recommend process improvements and cost-optimization measures.Requirements & QualificationsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an SME or service-based organization.Strong proficiency in accounting software (Wave, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).Excellent Excel skills; familiarity with BI dashboards is an advantage.Strong reconciliation, analytical, and reporting skills.Integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.ICAN/ANAN certification (or in view) is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₦120,000 – ₦140,000 per month (based on experience).Work Mode: Hybrid; 3–4 days in-office (Abeokuta) with remote flexibility.Opportunity to grow within a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
