The Ideal CFO ProfileDemonstrated experience in building up finance functions from scratch, imlementing new systems for ERP, reporting, and similiar. Demonstrated experience in buy-and-build scenarios wih related post-merger integrations, consolidation, and synergy realisation.Demonstrated experience in working with all stakeholders as banks, investors, audits, etc.Demonstrated experience in CAPEX-heavy businesses. Demonstrated experience in dealing with banks in LBO scenario.Demonstrated experience in leading the organisation through a full transformation process. Demonstrated experience and focus on successful management of cash, NWC, and other liquidity topics.Fluency in German and English is seen as a must.Only successful candidates will be contacted.
