The firm is dedicated to driving sustainable growth, managing reputational and regulatory risks, and empowering clients to achieve strategic objectives through high-impact advisory services.Role DescriptionWe are hiring an Operations & PMO Lead based in Nicosia to support the coordination, organization, and execution of projects and internal operations across the Pnyx Hill Group.This role is ideal for someone who is structured, reliable, proactive, and execution-driven. You will work closely with both Group Operations and Advisory teams, ensuring that priorities are clear, timelines are tracked, and decisions turn into action.You do not need regulatory or advisory experience to apply.You do need strong organization skills, ownership, communication discipline, and the mindset to “get things done”.Key Responsibilities Project Management & PMO SupportSupport planning and tracking of internal and client-related projects.Maintain project dashboards, task lists, and progress reports.Schedule and prepare agendas for PMO and internal planning meetings.Operations SupportDrive daily operational workflows across business units.Coordinate communication across teams, partners, and external stakeholders.Help streamline internal processes and documentation.Policy & Documentation ManagementHelp maintain internal playbooks, procedures, templates, and governance records.Ensure version control and consistent documentation standards.Execution SupportOwn the preparation, structuring, and follow-through of internal and external coordination meetings - including agenda development, stakeholder alignment, decision logging, and ensuring next steps are executed.Proactively identify gaps, delays, or misalignment in ongoing workstreams and escalate or intervene early to keep delivery on track.Drive task clarity and accountability by ensuring every project discussion translates into clear owners, deadlines, and deliverables - and follow up consistently until completion.Required Experience & Competencies2–4 years of experience in Operations, PMO, Project Coordination, Business Support, or similar roles.Strong organizational and planning skills.High personal ownership and follow-through.Comfortable coordinating multiple parallel workstreams.Strong communication skills (English required; Greek is a plus).Proficiency with project/workflow tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, ClickUp, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).(If you used different tools, that’s fine — what matters is discipline and structure.)Exposure to fast-paced or multi-stakeholder operating environments.What We OfferCompetitive salary + progression path based on performance.Exposure to international business environments and teams.Hands-on operational learning in a scaling organization.Growth path towards PMO Lead, Operations Manager, or Chief of Staff, based on capability and execution maturity.Modern, collaborative office environment in Nicosia.
