This role requires leading engineering andconstruction teams, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safetyregulations and industry standards, and resolving technical challenges to meet projectgoals.Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage electrical projects from initiation to completion. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Lead and supervise engineering and construction teams on-site. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industrystandards. Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. Identify and resolve technical issues and risks. Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates. Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. Conduct inspections and quality control checks.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Valid professional engineering license (where applicable). 4+ years of experience in electrical project management or related roles. Solid knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and construction practices. Experience with project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCADor electrical design software. Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g.,NEC, IEC). Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.Benefits: Monthly gross salary: €2.700-4.000, depending on qualifications and experience. 13 th salaries Company car Mobile phone LaptopIf you are interested in this position, please send your CV to hr@mansystems.orgFeel free to share this opportunity with a colleague who may not be aware of theopening.
