Nau mai haere mai ki tā mātou whānau | Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family This role is an extension to our payroll officer roles to ensure compliance with payroll functions, focusing on legislative adherence, automation, streamlined processes, effective communication, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand legislative requirements (minimum 4+ years' experience processing payroll for over 500 employees). This is a fixed-term role until 30 April 2027.In addition to the above, tasks may include: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing accurate compliance guidanceManage and calculate Australian Third Party Payments (Enterprise Agreements) and relevant NZ paymentsHandle NZ ACC and AU WorkCover/Income Protection calculations, payments, and reconciliationsProcess Australian PAYG and New Zealand PAYE + Associates paymentsAssist with Year End PayGlobal upgrades and maintain Long Service Leave accuracy for Australian employeesSupport legislation changes and testing to ensure payroll complianceSupport Group Payroll Compliance Supervisor or Team Lead with tasks and projects as required At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.
