Join us and make a meaningful impact while working with industry leaders and subject matter experts.Ngā Kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the role PwC’s Business Support team plays an integral part of the Internal Firm Services framework, working closely with Partners and wider teams to provide high level administrative support, client support and project coordination, whilst enabling our people and teams to perform to the highest standard.  You will be at the heartbeat of our operations in our Risk Services and Consulting practice in Pōneke / Wellington, supporting multiple partners and wider teams in a fast-paced, ever-evolving role. In this high-detail environment, you'll be the go-to person, keeping the ship sailing smoothly and ensuring seamless collaboration with partners and senior stakeholders. If you thrive on agility and excel in fostering connections, this is the perfect opportunity for you to shine and drive success.  Supporting multiple Partners with extensive diary management, travel coordination, and expense processing. Providing a high level of strategic and administrative support to partners and wider teams (40+ employees). Planning and coordinating high level client and internal meetings, including room bookings, video conference support and catering requirements. Event management and coordination for local and national events - working closely with our Markets team. Coordinating document production through the Document Specialist Team, ensuring that our presentation is of the highest quality and adhering to PwC brand standards. Project coordination support with client engagement for sector teams and priority clients. Guiding and up-skilling our teams with using multiple internal systems and supporting best practice.   Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience  Successful candidates will be highly motivated, provide outstanding client service delivery and be able to manage workloads and deadlines effectively. 3-5 years of Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience, preferably within a professional services environment or similar. Proactive inbox management with effective prioritisation and follow-up. Strong diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondence skills. Strong initiative, a great attitude, proactive mindset with a collaborative approach Experience supporting multiple partners or senior stakeholders, in an operational business environment with the ability to understand and adapt quickly to changing priorities.  Highly organised and resilient with an ability to effectively plan and prioritise multiple tasks and manage time to meet deadlines in a changing environment. Strong ability to utilise the Microsoft Office suite and ideally have exposure to other systems such as SalesForce, Flexipurchase and Workday. A strong command of written and spoken English, along with excellent attention to detail. Ability to learn and understand new systems quickly.   Ngā āhuatanga hirahira o te mahi ki PwC / Highlights of working at PwC NZ Growth - Global network; leadership development; A.I. tools and training; formal learning pathways Reputation - PwC is known for shaping tomorrow.
