Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the global purchasing strategy in line with the Group's objectives and growth plan.Structure and lead an efficient and collaborative international procurement function.Identify, assess and negotiate with key suppliers worldwide.Implement a responsible and sustainable purchasing policy.Monitor performance (KPIs, costs, compliance) and manage regulatory and supply chain risks.Accelerate the digital transformation of the procurement function (e-procurement, data analytics, AI).Lead and develop multicultural teams across different regions.ProfileDegree in engineering, sales, purchasing or supply chain management).At least 5 years of experience in international purchasing, ideally within a high-performance industrial environment (medical, high-tech, aeronspace, etc.).Fluent in English (proficiency another language would be an asset).Proven Leadership, strategic vision, and strong negotiation skills.
