Your opportunity The Group Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of high-performance sales professionals and ensuring agency revenue targets are achieved through a consultative client management approach. Reporting to the Head of BrandSpace, the Group Sales Manager will be required to inspire, plan, manage and lead to create opportunities for development and growth. Demonstrate the key behaviours of high-performance sales by leading from the front with resilience, consistency, and commitment.Oversee and apply a customer centric approach to agency and key account business planning and client engagement.Inspire, plan, manage and lead your team to create opportunities for development and growthRegularly meet agency and key account partners to generate tailored solutions that address client business objectives and create shared valueDisplay effective people management through establishing clear goals and ensuring performance expectations are metLead a proactive approach to pipeline development ensuring monthly agency targets are achieved.This is a permanent full-time role, based in Auckland. What sets you apart  Sales experience in a media environment >6yrsExperience in OOH is requiredSales management and team leadership experience >5yrsAdvanced territory management skillsAdvanced in the application of sales tacticsMarketing/Sales/Media qualificationsAbout us Scentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
