To ensure smooth and efficient group handling and guest satisfaction, in coordination with the other various departments involved, at all times, and to adhere to Hyatt standards, policies and procedures. To ensure Group Sales activities are aligned with the Market Strategy, and Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
