Specializing in leisure travel, we deliver personalized travel experiences infused with authentic Cypriot hospitality.Responsibilities:Coordinate all aspects of group tours, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and activitiesServe as the main point of contact between the tour operator, suppliers, and travelersPrepare and distribute travel documents, rooming lists, and daily schedulesManage group communications before and during the tripEscort groups on selected departures, ensuring smooth execution and traveler satisfactionHandle on-the-spot problem solving and support local partners.Gather feedback and prepare post-tour reports for continuous improvement.Requirements: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsSelf-driven, enthusiastic, and able to work independentlyHigh attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesResponsible, reliable, and trustworthyAbility to work flexible hours and travel as requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office and ease of using web-based applicationsAbility to learn and use travel management and reservations systemsFluent in Greek and English; additional language skills are a plusA university degree and/or prior experience in the travel or tourism industry will be considered an additional advantageWe Offer:Competitive salary and travel benefitsOpportunity to visit destinations and participate in familiarization tripsSupportive, travel-passionate team environment.Career development opportunities Be part of our exciting journey…Please send your CV and a cover letter to mnicolaou@amathus.com
