In this role, you will play a key part in creating immersive, personalized travel experiences, ensuring clients receive top-tier service from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Design and curate customized travel itineraries that match clients’ preferences, leveraging your deep knowledge of Japan’s cultural and natural attractions.Provide tailored quotes for existing and custom itineraries, suggesting value-added enhancements to elevate the client experience.Troubleshoot issues and respond quickly to challenges, offering creative solutions to ensure smooth and memorable trips.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Japan's diverse destinations, local suppliers, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.Ensure all travel documents are meticulously prepared and accurate, giving clients peace of mind and a flawless journey.What We’re Looking For:Fluency in English and Japanese (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with clients and local partners.Proven experience traveling to Japan’s key tourist regions, with a passion for exploring new and off-the-beaten-path destinations.Strong proficiency in Word and Excel, with the ability to manage itineraries, quotes, and schedules efficiently.Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to meeting the needs of international clients.A genuine passion for travel, with a deep appreciation for Japan’s unique culture, history, and hospitality.Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a keen eye for detail.Why Join Us?At Destination Asia Japan, we value creativity, curiosity, and collaboration.
