Through Expand, JBS delivers intelligent, end-to-end technology solutions that create real business impact and drive digital success.Location: Karachi, PakistanBusiness Unit/Department: Sales - JBSMode: OnsiteType: Full TimeJob Responsibilities:Develop and manage client relationships to identify business needs and provide suitable JBS technology solutions.Create proposals, presentations, and account plans to drive business growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely deal closures.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business expansion.Stay up to date with emerging technology trends and competitor activities.Skills:Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of financials and organizational goals.Excellent relationship management skills to build and maintain client trust.Skilled in sales and negotiation to drive successful deal closures.Effective communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.Highly target-oriented with a results-driven approach.Collaborative team player who works seamlessly across functions.Analytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Tech-savvy and passionate about emerging technologies and innovation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in technology solutions).Strong understanding of AI, Cloud, and digital transformation concepts.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and financial understanding.
