Job DescriptionThis role serves as the primary market-facing driver of revenue growth and long-term client retention. Success is measured not only by the ability to close initial deals, but by the capacity to cultivate enduring client relationships, transform customers into brand advocates, and deliver strategic insights that shape the product roadmap. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the venture’s sustained and predictable recurring revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Pipeline Mastery: Own the full sales lifecycle. Meticulously manage the CRM system to maintain pipeline hygiene, ensure accurate revenue forecasting, and drive market penetration across the MSME segment.Client Lifecycle Management & Retention: Formalize and execute a streamlined client onboarding and offboarding strategy that guarantees rapid utilization and minimizes churn. Proactively monitor client health metrics and lead initiatives to maximize platform utilization. Strategic Account Growth (Upsell & Cross-sell): Build high-trust, long-term client relationships to systematically identify and execute cross-selling opportunities (e.g., NexNFC to Analytics) and upselling initiatives (e.g., module additions to Nextgen Suite).Market Intelligence & Strategic Input: Act as the direct, structured liaison between the customer base and the Product team. Proactively identify potential unmet market needs outside of our current product offering and transform this raw feedback into actionable intelligence for the P&T LeadQualificationsMinimum of 2 years experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, with at least 2 years specializing in selling SaaS or Technology-based services.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and achieving revenue targets.Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client onboarding, account management, and retention.Proficient in using CRM platforms and other sales management tools for pipeline tracking and performance reporting.Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships within the Philippine SME ecosystem.Established network or client pool within B2B markets, particularly among SME and medium enterprise segments (local or international).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.Highly driven, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
