The ideal candidate will excel at building meaningful business relationships, tapping into professional networks—especially LinkedIn—to connect with decision-makers, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships that fuel SmartBenefits’ growth.Key Responsibilities:Prospect Identification: Proactively research and identify potential corporate clients across industries. Targeted Outreach: Initiate meaningful conversations with HR leaders, CFOs, and senior decision-makers via LinkedIn, calls, emails, and networking events.Value Presentation: Clearly communicate SmartBenefits’ solutions, aligning them with each prospect’s business needs.Lead Qualification: Assess potential leads to ensure alignment with business goals before passing them to the sales closing team.Relationship Building: Develop rapport with key contacts, ensuring long-term relationship potential beyond the initial outreach.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market needs to refine outreach strategies.Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to align outreach campaigns with brand messaging and lead generation targets.Performance Tracking: Monitor outreach KPIs, analyze results, and share insights with the leadership team.Brand Representation: Represent SmartBenefits at professional events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
