Growth Executive

OverviewThe Growth Executive position is a youthful and evolving role with endless possibilities! You will be responsible for driving Pipemate’s growth strategy and innovating new ways to improve the company in any and every way. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with every department across the organization and lead the way for a new era as the company ventures into its expansion plans for long-term sustainable growth. Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies (express your creativity!) to drive business growth.Assist the CGO with the company’s digitalization journey and lead new initiatives.Support the CGO in producing creative design content for marketing collateral.Coordinate and assist in managing social media content.Assist to develop and manage branding collaterals for internal and external use.Ensure all creatives are consistent with the company’s corporate branding guidelines.Assist in drafting internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), Forms, Records, and other documentation and document control when required.Conduct market research and analysis to identify existing or new business opportunities.Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for innovation and best practices.Spur the implementation of manufacturing best practices, i.e. 5S, Kanban, etc.Assist with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.Assist in the company’s expansion plans and spearhead the company’s ESG efforts.Join training courses, seminars, and conferences if required (so that you grow as well!).Plan and coordinate internal or external events, photoshoots, and other future activities.Assist the CGO in managing customer orders, enquiries and preparing documentation.Coordinate project progress through liaising with all levels of the supply chain.Facilitate HR initiatives and ensure proper implementation across the company.Drive a youthful and supportive work culture for continuous improvement.Any ad hoc assignments and other tasks assigned by the CGO when necessary.Suggest! We would like to leverage on your passions, experiences, and hobbies outside of work that could be of help within the work environment as well!RequirementsDiploma/Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, economics, marketing, business administration, management, engineering, IT, communications, quality assurance, graphic design, or any related field.1–5 years of professional experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.Passion or interest in the manufacturing industry and can find the little joys at work!An aesthetic eye for design and branding. Please share any proud portfolio of yours!Tech or business savvy.Excellent communication skills and polyglots are a plus!Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photopea, SQL, etc. is encouraged.Adaptable, willing to learn, proactive, passionate for change and growing sustainability. Possess your own transport and are willing to work in office based in Selayang, with flexibility to relocate fairly nearby in Q1 2026.What We OfferNo overtime culture.
