We're Hiring: Growth Lead / Fractional CMOLocation: Phase I, CITI Housing, GujranwalaWe are looking for a Growth Lead / Fractional CMO with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in launching, scaling, and accelerating the growth of SaaS products or other businesses in competitive markets. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role designed for individuals who can take full ownership of market expansion initiatives, ensuring consistent growth in acquisition, retention, and long-term business performanceResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive growth and marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.Plan, manage, and continuously optimize performance marketing campaigns across diverse digital channels.Drive demand generation through paid media, organic initiatives, and strategic partnerships.Design and refine customer acquisition funnels, retention models, and conversion frameworks to enhance user engagement and onboarding efficiency.Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and communication to ensure consistency with the company’s strategic direction.Utilize analytics and performance insights to optimize campaigns, strengthen ROI, and inform future growth decisions.Establish data-driven frameworks to evaluate key metrics, including CAC, LTV, and retention performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and cohesive strategic alignment.Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends, technologies, and innovative growth opportunities.Partner closely with the founding team to align marketing and growth initiatives with the broader business vision and long-term objectives.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in launching, scaling, and managing growth or marketing operations, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven businesses.Deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics, go-to-market strategy, user acquisition, and customer lifecycle management.Proficiency in paid media management, marketing automation, data analytics, and CRM platforms.Proven ability to design and execute scalable, data-driven growth systems that deliver measurable results.Exceptional skills in marketing analytics, performance measurement, and ROI optimization.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, with a capacity to inspire collaboration across teams.A balanced mindset that integrates strategic vision, creative problem-solving, and analytical precision to drive sustained growth.What We OfferCompetitive salary package ranging from PKR 100,000 to 200,000 per month, based on experience.Performance-based commissions tied to growth and conversion metrics.Direct collaboration with the founding team and the opportunity to lead company-wide growth initiatives.Interested candidates may send their resumes to founder@aolfs.comNote: Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for further evaluation.
