Happy Mammoth is a fast-growing natural health company selling across Australia, the United States, and Europe.We formulate, produce, and market gut health and hormone-balancing supplements designed to help people restore their health and start living fully again. Our brands reach millions of customers worldwide through direct-to-consumer channels.We are looking for a Growth Manager to lead performance growth across our marketing funnels and paid acquisition channels. This role sits at the intersection of paid media, funnel optimization, analytics, and experimentation.You will work closely with media buyers, creatives, CRO specialists, and developers to ensure our campaigns, funnels, and offers perform at the highest level possible.This is a high-impact role focused on diagnosing performance issues, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our acquisition channels consistently meet revenue and efficiency targets.What You’ll Be OwningFunnel & Diagnostic ExcellenceDevelop a deep understanding of funnel performance metrics, including CPA, AOV, LTV, and CVRDetect funnel leakage, AOV fluctuations, or conversion drops in real timeAnalyze trends daily, weekly, monthly, and across rolling performance windowsEnsure strong alignment between ads, landing pages, offers, and messagingProvide clear feedback to the paid media team based on funnel performanceCampaign & Growth ExperimentationGenerate, evaluate, and prioritize new acquisition tactics, campaigns, and offersWrite testing hypotheses and define success metrics for experimentsLead campaign development in collaboration with the creative teamOversee landing page development, tracking setup, attribution frameworks, and testing environmentsEnsure clear separation between testing initiatives and core operations to maintain accurate reportingExecution & OptimizationLaunch campaigns, promos, and MVP tests on schedule and within budgetMake rapid, data-driven optimizations across funnels, campaigns, and offersCommunicate performance insights, wins, and challenges clearly to stakeholdersMaintain visibility on campaign costs, timelines, and ROIPerformance Reporting & VisibilityMaintain a real-time reporting environment that clearly shows:Which platforms, creatives, landing pages, or funnels are performing bestWhere spend can be scaled profitablyWhat needs to be fixed, improved, or pausedCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Creative, Ecom, Retention, and Acquisition teams to ensure smooth campaign executionIdentify whether performance issues are caused by funnel issues, tracking gaps, or technical problemsCollaborate with creative strategists to close performance gaps through new messaging, angles, and contentEvaluation & ScalingAnalyze experiments and campaign performance against success criteria and historical benchmarksConduct competitive research and margin analysis to support pricing and promotional strategiesDocument learnings and maintain a library of proven growth playbooksLeadership & Culture ContributionPromote a culture of speed, ownership, clarity, and accountabilityOperate autonomously while maintaining strong alignment with the senior leadershipWhat We’re Looking ForSenior-level experience in performance marketing and direct-response environmentsStrong understanding of paid acquisition channels including Meta, Google, Tiktok, and Programmatic platformsDeep knowledge of funnel metrics including CAC, AOV, MER, LTV, and CVRAbility to diagnose funnel and campaign performance issues quickly and accuratelyExperience running and managing structured testing and experimentation programsStrong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable decisionsClear communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and tech teamsPreferred ExperienceExperience working in direct-to-consumer eCommerceExperience with Shopify and modern landing page buildersExperience with attribution and analytics platforms such as Triple Whale, Hyros, or GA4Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentWhat You GetCompetitive salary in USDFully remote work environmentOpportunity to work in a fast-growing global eCommerce companyA team of highly driven operators focused on building industry-leading health brandsContinuous learning and growth opportunitiesOnly resumes in English are accepted.Powered by JazzHR06K8MELf9X
