Disney+ Trading and Planning Analyst

With operations in more than 40 countries, our teams collaborate across markets to deliver entertainment that is both globally consistent and locally relevantWithin the Disney+ team, the Trading & Planning Analyst will be in charge of supporting the D+ team lead in analyzing the commercial performance of Disney+ in Spain & Portugal (sign ups, churn, net growth, subscribers etc.). These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.This job is a permanent position based 4 days a week in our office in Madrid.What You Will DoReview and analyze weekly & quarterly numbers: sign ups, subscribers, churn, engagement, content performance and net growthProvide with a clear view of Disney+’ performances in Spain & Portugal vs our forecast (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual), producing the corresponding insights and presentationsConduct ad-hoc analysis requested by the team to better understand business performance and identify opportunities.Present insights to management, as a guide for decision making.Work daily with EMEA trading team to maximize use of best practices across EMEABe contact person for any trading question in Spain & Portugal for the EMEA Trading team and work closely with the EMEA analytics team to get access to data and share views of key factors influencing the state of the sub. baseProfileExperience with SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables)Demonstrated experience analyzing large datasets and distilling them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.High numeracy and analytical ability & rigorSkilled at prioritizing and managing multiple project schedules and deadlines that run simultaneously.Business Acumen and Consumer Behavior understandingStrong written and verbal communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories.Confident and assertiveAbility to work autonomously.Ability to tailor comms to different audiences (e.g. country teams, execs)High degree of integrityThe Walt Disney Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
