Please read more here: Bloomberg, Business Insider, DealStreetAsia.What are we buildingWe are developing a platform which will help our field operations team to effectively manage their task, capture cultivation logs from million plus hectares of paddy fields, effectively manage the supply chain of agri-inputs and aggregate third party services required during the lifecycle of paddy fields.Objective:We are looking for a Growth Manager to lead the design, testing, and validation of new business ideas and scalable growth solutions within Rize’s agritech ecosystem.This role goes beyond traditional marketing or business development — it sits at the intersection of business design, experimentation, and strategic execution, turning innovative ideas into validated, revenue-generating solutions.You will identify opportunities, test hypotheses through MVPs and pilots, and iterate rapidly based on real-world data and customer insights.Responsibility:1. Ideation & Business DesignIdentify emerging opportunities and unmet needs across the rice value chain and broader agriculture ecosystem.Translate insights into new business concepts, value propositions, and testable hypotheses.Define customer journeys, pricing logic, and potential business models for new products or services.2. MVP Development & ExperimentationLead the end-to-end process of building and testing MVPs to validate key business assumptions.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, partnership and finance teams to scope pilots effectively.Design experiment frameworks, define success metrics, and track learnings through structured iterations.Engage real users (farmers, cooperatives, and partners) to test usability, adoption, and commercial viability.3. Iteration & ScalingEvaluate MVP outcomes to determine whether to iterate, pivot, or scale.Build business cases and financial models to evaluate feasibility, scalability, and ROI of new initiatives.Support the company’s innovation roadmap and drive strategic growth initiatives aligned with Rize’s mission.4. Cross-functional CollaborationPartner with internal and external stakeholders, including business, marketing, partnership, operations, and finance, product teams.Communicate insights, lessons, and next steps clearly to the leadership team.Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.5–7 years of experience in marketing, business development, operations excellence, or strategy — ideally within agriculture, agritech, or sustainability-focused sectors.Proven success in developing and validating new business ideas, MVPs, or innovation pilots.Experience in startup or fast-scaling environments and working with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modeling and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
