You’ll manage and scale our email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing systems — while building automated workflows that drive growth across Shopify, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Airtable.This role is for someone who can both think like a marketer and build like an engineer. You'll be working directly with our Co-Founder & CMO to drive strategy and create our marketing plan. If you thrive in tools like Make.com, n8n, Airtable, Google Analytics, and Salesforce, and love using automation to multiply marketing impact, this is your next big step. Key ResponsibilitiesLifecycle MarketingPlan, execute, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns across segments.Build automated drip sequences, upsell flows, and retention campaigns.Manage audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to maximize LTV.Automation & SystemsDesign and maintain marketing automations in Make.com, n8n, Airtable, Salesforce and HubSpot.Connect cross-platform data between Shopify, Salesforce, Google Sheets, and HubSpot.Create dashboards and workflows that enable plug-and-play marketing scalability.Build internal automations to replace repetitive manual marketing tasks.Analytics & Optimization:Use Google Analytics and Shopify reports to analyze traffic, conversion, and funnel performance.Track metrics across email/SMS, ads, and automation systems — ensuring unified reporting.Collaborate with leadership to identify data-driven growth opportunities.Creative Collaboration:Partner with design and content teams to develop campaign ideas and creative assets.Build lifecycle marketing playbooks around key campaigns (athlete launches, collections, promotions).Required Skills & Experience:3+ years of experience in email/SMS marketing (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar).2+ years of hands-on experience with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar).Solid working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (reports, campaigns, data mapping).Strong data tracking skills using Google Analytics, UTM management, and campaign attribution.Strong grasp of Shopify eCommerce flows and lifecycle stages.Intermediate experience with Airtable or similar database-style tools.Working knowledge of AI automation (OpenAI API, GPTs, or AI-powered campaign tools).Strong attention to detail, documentation, and process optimization.Nice to Have:SEO and keyword optimization (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush)Google Ads campaign setup and optimizationMeta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaign managementBasic HTML/CSS or JS for email/landing page editingExperience with influencer, affiliate, or community-based campaignsIf this sounds like you then please apply.
