We build elite software and games for fast-growing companies in the Netherlands and invest in our people—in skills, friendships, and freedom .Key ResponsibilitiesSetting up, executing, and analyzing data-driven experiments for rapid growth.Becoming fluent in the use of HubSpot and ActiveCampaign .Managing, evaluating, and improving A/B tests.Managing and improving LinkedIn posts, ads, and engagement .Executing SEO strategies, GEO targeting, keywords, and on-page optimization.Communicating clearly, professionally, and confidently with clients .Attending daily check-ins with the founder, prepared and switched on .Willingness to travel to Malang a few times per year to unite with the team.QualificationsMust live in Bali, Indonesia, and work from home.Obsessed with data and driven by experiments.Fast learner, fast thinker, fast adapter (Mindset > Skillset).A strong hunger for growth is essential.What We OfferFlexibility: Work from home, or from Bali's best cafés (coffees are on the boss) .Work Week: A 5-day workweek (No Saturdays.
