This person ensures end-to-end data accuracy from web → app → MMP, empowers smarter campaign decisions, and drives measurable growth through technical precision, automation, and experimentation. Youʼll partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to ensure every click, install, and conversion is tracked, attributed, and optimized.Key ResponsibilitiesAttribution & Tracking InfrastructureOwn end-to-end setup and maintenance of MMPs (AppsFlyer / Adjust / Firebase)Ensure accurate attribution across app, web, and offline channels Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, ASA, OEMs, Design and manage deep linking, deferred deep linking, and web-to-app flowsImplement server-to-server postbacks, SKAdNetwork, and privacy-compliant trackingData Quality & Growth AnalyticsStandardize event taxonomies and support BigQuery pipelinesBuild and maintain growth dashboards GA4, Looker, PowerBI, Tableau)Monitor for tracking breaks, discrepancies, and data driftConduct cohort analysis, LTV studies, and CAC diagnosticGrowth Experimentation & AutomationSupport campaign testing and API-based automationRun A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and channelsAutomate budget pacing, performance alerts, and creative trackingAlign events with product and risk milestonesTooling & IntegrationsOwn the MarTech stack MMPs, SDKs, CRM tools, tag managers)Manage Conversion API integrationsQA tracking during app releasesKey KPIsAttribution variance < 5%99%+ event tracking reliabilityExperiment velocityImproved CPI / CVR metricsReal-time reporting availabilityRequirements3-5 years in growth marketing, analytics, or MarTech engineeringHands-on experience with Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4, GTM, Segment, Meta SDK, TikTok PixelStrong understanding of attribution, SKAdNetwork, and event flowsSQL / BigQuery familiarityBonus: Python / JS automation skillsStrong cross-functional collaborationBenefits25 days paid vacation, Sick & Public Holidays to B2B contractorsRemote (timezone must have significant overlap with CET)Training & Development budgetPaid company business tripsRecruitment ProcessScreening call with Recruiter: 30 minutesTechnical Interview with Head of GrowthFinal interview with Chief Credit Officer and Chief Product Officer
