⁦Reports To: Chief Executive OfficerType: Full-Time | Senior Leadership RoleRole SummaryWe are looking for a high-caliber Growth & Marketing Executive to act as the strategic and operational right-hand to the CEO. This is not just a marketing role — it's a leadership position for someone who combines digital marketing expertise, business development acumen, and sales strategy execution. You will co-lead the company with the CEO, driving campaigns, partnerships, and revenue.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement full-funnel growth strategies across marketing, sales, and digital channels.• Translate the company’s vision into high-impact marketing initiatives with clear KPIs.• Manage the marketing and sales teams, guiding performance and accountability.• Plan and execute paid advertising, CRM campaigns, funnels, email marketing, and lead generation.• Track daily metrics and prepare performance reports for executive decisions.• Work closely with the CEO on strategic planning, brand development, and company positioning.• Lead partnership development and business collaborations.• Oversee inbound and outbound sales operations and ensure high conversion rates.• Act as a decision-making partner and handle delegated executive responsibilities.Requirements• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales leadership, and business development.• Proven track record in building campaigns that drive results and managing cross-functional teams.• Strong leadership mindset with high ownership and a founder-like attitude.• Expertise in tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, email automation, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards.• Confident communicator with the ability to lead teams and influence direction.• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.• Experience working directly with founders or executive teams is a strong plus.What We Offer:• Direct collaboration with a visionary CEO in building a fast-growing impact-driven brand.• A leadership seat at the table — your input will shape strategy and execution.• A flexible and creative work environment with high autonomy.• Room to grow into a C-level executive role as the company scales.Compensation Alignment:Passioners is a growing startup with a lean and dynamic team.While this role involves strategic and leadership-level contributions, the compensation currently caps at 6000-7000 SAR after the probation period with potential for increase based on proven results, impact, and alignment with project growth.We value long-term collaborators who grow with us.To Apply:Please send your CV and a short paragraph answering:“Why are you the right-hand partner the CEO needs at Passioners?”
