Nordtreat is dedicated to enabling the beautiful and safe use of wood in building projects with our globally unique bio-based flame retardants.As our Chief Marketing Officer goes on parental leave, we’re looking for a hands-on and growth-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities for a 12-month fixed-term position starting in January 2026. This is a unique opportunity to drive the implementation of a renewed brand identity, scale digital marketing activities, and strengthen our thought leadership in key international markets.We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to amplify our market presence across Europe. The ideal candidate will craft and execute data-driven digital advertising campaigns, manage lead pipeline and marketing automation, and optimize the digital customer journey to boost engagement and conversion rates. They will also create and publish compelling content to position Nordtreat as a thought leader in sustainable and safe timber construction. Additionally, the ideal candidate can also execute traditional marketing activities such as exhibitions, events and marketing collaboration with customers and distributors.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising & Growth MarketingDevelop and execute data-driven digital advertising campaigns to expand Nordtreat’s market presence across Europe with key target audiences.Optimize ad campaigns across channels, ensuring maximum ROI on budgets and adjusting strategies based on performance insights.Lead CRM and marketing automation through HubSpot, refining processes and creating automated workflows that enhance lead generation and nurturing.Work closely with sales to implement data-driven strategies, supporting a seamless customer journey from awareness to purchase.Content Creation & Thought LeadershipStart building awareness and visibility for Nordtreat as a thought leader in sustainable and safe timber construction through PR and media communications, industry events and influencer relations.Collaborate with third-party agencies when necessary, ensuring alignment with Nordtreat’s brand and strategy.Brand implementationRoll out updated brand identity and messaging.Ensure consistency across all touchpoints.Manage and coordinate marketing collaboration with customers and partners.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years in marketing with experience in growth-focused roles.Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms, with proven success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.Experience in content creation and multi-channel marketing.Strong analytical skills, particularly in campaign performance and customer journey optimization.Experience in budget management for digital campaigns.Fluency in English is essential.
