You’ll own campaign planning and execution, driving demand, pipeline, and market impact across the region.This is a remote role based in Bulgaria or Romania, with occasional travel to collaborate with European teams or engage with customers. Fluent English is required; a second language is a plus.If you thrive in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment, love translating insights into measurable campaigns, and are passionate about growing B2B services in complex markets, this role is for you.What You’ll Be DoingMarket Strategy - Analyze local market drivers, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape go-to-market strategies. Identify opportunities to differentiate FoodChain ID’s Testing Services across EMEA markets.Go-to-Market Execution - Plan and execute launches for new and existing services, in close collaboration with Commercial and Product Marketing teams. Translate high-level strategy into actionable campaigns that deliver measurable impact.Sales Enablement - Develop localized sales tools: pitch decks, one-pagers, value propositions, objection-handling guides. Train and support regional sales and customer-facing teams to ensure messaging consistency and maximum impact.Campaign Support & Demand Generation - Own campaign targeting and execution for ideal customer personas. Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for pipeline growth and conversion.Voice of Customer - Gather market insights to refine customer personas, positioning, and product roadmap inputs. Act as the bridge between marketing, sales, and customers to ensure campaigns resonate locally.Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and the broader Marketing team to align priorities, messaging, and initiatives.
