This is a unique opportunity to be first dedicated hire in Growth Marketing, paving the way for client products to achieve unprecedented success in the UAE and beyond.What You’ll DoBuild and optimize customer lifecycle programs focused on awareness, activation, retention, and expansion.Manage and scale paid acquisition channels (SEM, social, PPC) to drive cost-effective growth.Build up organic growth strategies using PLG , SEO SME etcEnsure the integrity of the marketing data stack, providing robust reporting andinsights to inform growth initiatives.Experiment and implement strategies to increase top-of-funnel traffic and conversion.What you will bring:5+ years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, with proven success in driving revenue Growth.1+ years of management experience, including mentoring or building a team.A track record of scaling performance marketing in fast-growing environments.Strong expertise in marketing automation, analytics tools, and growth frameworks.
