Senior Growth Marketing Manager – B2B SaaS (Remote, UK-Based)A fast-growing Series A SaaS provider is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns and drive measurable impact across the customer journey. This role is central to scaling awareness, acquisition, and revenue, with a focus on performance, experimentation, and continuous optimisation.The OpportunityAs Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing campaigns that attract the right audience, optimise conversion funnels, and deliver clear returns on marketing investment. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll be building systems, delivering campaigns and insights that shape how the business grows.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid and organic channels (e.g. LinkedIn ads, email, etc.)Optimise customer journeys and conversion funnels, from first touch to demo bookedDevelop and distribute content (e.g. webinars, landing pages, gated assets, nurture emails) that capture demand and convert leadsRun experiments and A/B tests to improve messaging, landing pages, and CTAsTrack and report on campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendationsCollaborate with product, sales, and wider marketing to align campaigns with launches and revenue goalsWork with sales on vertical marketing in sequences, account-based marketing, and related initiativesWhat you’ll bring5+ years’ experience in growth or demand generation marketing within a B2B SaaS environmentProven success managing multi-channel campaigns and optimising for customer acquisition cost (CAC)Strong analytical skills and familiarity with funnel metrics and conversion optimisationAbility to craft content that generates demand and drives conversionExperience with attribution models and pipeline measurementData-driven mindset with a test-and-learn approachExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsExperience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and solve problemsComfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environmentNice to haveBackground in high-growth or early-stage SaaS or FinTech businessesFamiliarity with SEO, CRO, and Webflow CMSExperience using workflow tools such as Zapier, Claude, and N8NProficiency with HubSpot, Clay, sales engagement platforms, and GTM engineeringExposure to account-based marketing programmesWhat’s Offered£50,000 base salary + bonus, plus share options after probationRemote-first working model with flexible hours (core collaboration 10am–3pm UK)25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday offPrivate health coverBi-annual company off-sites focused on strategy, learning, and team connectionChoice of top-spec MacBook or Windows laptop, plus additional equipment as neededThis is a high-impact opportunity for a growth-focused marketer ready to shape strategy, execute with precision, and contribute meaningfully to a company’s next stage of expansion.
