About Growth mindsGrowth minds is a fellowship of startup and scale-up founders and executives in Stockholm. Members pay an annual contribution to participate in a curated community of leaders who meet consistently to sharpen their thinking, grow their companies, and support one another while building a better Europe.We bring members together through: • Tables — groups of ~10 leaders who meet monthly for structured, confidential discussions centered on business, family, and self. • Afterworks — monthly social gatherings for the full community. • Education sessions — private sessions where founders share practical, experience-based insights. • International trips — e.g. Silicon Valley, Marbella, Berlin.We are expanding quickly, including new branches in Copenhagen and additional countries coming next year. As the network grows past 100 members, we are strengthening the team to continue delivering an exceptional member experience.Members of Growth minds lead some of the fastest-growing companies in the region. Recent collaborators come from Lovable, Tandem Health, Revolut, Spotify, and many others. This role places you in a position to support and accelerate the impact of people in this high-performing community.Role overview You ensure that every member has an excellent experience throughout their year in Growth minds. The role combines community operations, member care, communication, and event planning. You run all afterworks, education sessions, and international trips. You build ongoing relationships with members, gather feedback, act on it, and improve the experience so they feel excited to continue their membership each year.You work closely with an event-operations staff member who supports logistics and on-site execution, while you remain responsible for planning, quality, and consistency across all touchpoints.Community responsibilities • Lead operational delivery of the Growth minds experience across afterworks, education sessions, and international trips. • Plan, organize, and manage events from concept to execution. • Run structured member-satisfaction workflows including onboarding, quarterly check-ins, and ongoing support. • Build feedback loops and turn insights into improvements across programming, communication, and event quality. • Ensure members feel supported and have their achievements celebrated within the broader Stockholm startup ecosystem. • Launch new initiatives such as Fika Forum, the monthly one-on-one matching program. • Support the launch of new Growth minds locations by helping set up first events and core member-experience infrastructure.Communications responsibilities • Manage public channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, email, and the website. • Create written content, social posts, visual assets, testimonials, and short videos. • Publish a monthly member email. • Produce and edit Growth minds podcast episodes and prepare short social clips. • Maintain a consistent publishing cadence and keep all digital profiles polished. • Track engagement and refine tone, style, and frequency based on performance.Requirements (must-haves) • Strong organizational ability. • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with high autonomy. • Strong writing and editing skills. • Proven event-planning experience. • Experience running multiple communication channels. • Comfortable with basic video editing (CapCut or similar). • Strong interpersonal skills with founders and executives.Additional strengths (nice to have) • Experience with membership communities, fellowships, or associations. • Experience with Notion, Squarespace, Mailchimp, Figma, etc. • Background in communications, content, community management, or marketing.Performance mandate • Increase member retention by 10 percent in year one. • Deliver consistently high-quality events across all formats. • Build reliable feedback loops and turn insights into improvements. • Establish organized, repeatable systems across member care and communication. • Support successful launches in new locations.Details Location: Huvudsta, Stockholm In-Office Reports to: COO (Graham Richardson)
