Looking no further, MacGregor is looking to hire a Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team.The purpose of this role is to ensure manuals are created efficiently.More Tasks And ResponsibilitiesCreating manuals and their modulesPreparing and developing the content of the manuals in cooperation with the new building design departmentHandling updates of new revisions of the old manualsMaintaining and developing manual software tools and proceduresReporting directly to the Technical Documentation Manager. The position will be based in MacGregor’s office Ornskoldsvik, Sweden.This position operates on a hybrid model, requiring an on-site presence of three days per week.What You’ll Need To SucceedThe ideal candidate for this role can make decisions independently and work under pressure to meet deadlines without detailed instructions. You need to have good interpersonal and communication skills as well as an ability to work in an international business environment and a matrix organization.Ideally you haveBachelor’s degree in Technical Documentation field or other equivalent university degreeMinimum 5 years of experience in technical design or technical editingUnderstanding of technical documentation and drawing standardsExperience in using technical writer’s tools like Arbortext and FrameMakerProblem solving skillsCustomer service, cost-aware and marketing mindsetFluent in both written and spoken EnglishWhy MacGregor?Our people are behind every success.
